Article 27.

When the representatives of a religious

society has failed to make a report in accordance with the

provisions of Article 23, or when they have made a false

report, they shall be punished by a fine of not more than

300 yen.

Article 28.

When the representatives of a religious

body which is a juridical person fall under any one of the following sub-headings they shall be punished by a police

fine of not more than 200 yen.

When registration in accordance with

the provisions of Article 77 of the Civil Code,

applicable mutatis mutandis by paragraph 1 of

Article 13 or by Article 15, has not been effected.

When they have violated the provisions of

paragraph one of Article 51 of the Civil Code,

applicable mutatis mutandis by Article 15, or when

they have made a false statement in the inventory

of property.

When they have impeded an examination by a court of justice in accordance with the provisions

of Article 82 of the Civil Code, applicable

mutatie mutandis by Article 15.

When they have not applied for an

adjudication of bankruptcy in accordance with the

provisions of Article 81 of the Civil Code,

applicable mutatis mutandis by Article 15.

When a public notice in accordance with
